InMo is an esteemed dance company that has been an integral part of IU for over 20 years. It originated as a graduate project and has since evolved into a multifaceted and highly respected dance organization. Our unwavering mission is to empower our members to authentically express themselves through the transformative art of dance, while also delivering captivating performances that bring joy and inspiration to our community.
What level of difficulty will auditions be held in?
We warmly invite dancers of all skill levels to audition for our company. Our teams offer a range of difficulty levels to accommodate different abilities and aspirations. While our fall classes primarily focus on intermediate to advanced level training, we understand the importance of individual growth and adaptability. Therefore, our choreography may be adjusted to ensure it aligns with your personal skill level. We believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that challenges and nurtures each dancer's potential.
How will auditions be judged?

Our esteemed head directors created a comprehensive evaluation system, utilizing score sheets to assess each dancer's performance. You will be scored on across the floor and both combinations. These score sheets are meticulously designed to evaluate essential aspects of dance, including technique, musicality, control, cleanliness, and expression. The score sheets ensure a consistent and thorough evaluation process, enabling us to identify exceptional talent and potential.
Fusion is our highly anticipated annual spring showcase, which serves as a culmination of our members choreography. This year, we are proud to announce that Fusion will take place at the prestigious IU Auditorium for the second time! The show will feature an impressive program of approximately 35-45 dances, choreographed by our company members.
